Whether our apartment is free for the period you want, you can find out at the bottom of this page. The prices can be found also below. For your booking, we need the names and ages of all fellow travelers as well as your address details. Then we create a lease contract and send it to you for signature. Like other landlords, we also advertise our holiday home on portals. However, these portals cost money - in many cases also your money. Even if the service fees, agency fees or commission percentages you have to pay are not always shown: They pay with the reservation over portals usually drauf - except for example with google maps or traum-ferienwohnungen.de, where we carry the lump sum advertising costs as landlords! Often the fees are between 10 and 20 percent. With a direct reservation with the landlords you save this money.

The sales tax is included in the rental prices, but not the accommodation tax: In Dresden, tourists are charged approximately 6 % accommodation tax per night and adult by the city of Dresden. On arrival your beds will be made and a set of fresh towels will be hanging in the bathroom and kitchen. You may certainly also use the washing machine.
Minimum stay April-October: 4 nights, January-April: 3 nights, November/December: 3 nights, New Year's Eve: 4 nights
